Returns & Refund Policy

Return Request Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Contact contact@luckyharveyshop.com first to obtain return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Except for confirmed quality issues, returned items must be unworn, unused, free from scratches, impacts, alterations, or customer-caused damage, and returned with the original watch box, packaging, manuals, accessories, protective materials, and any included gifts. The item must remain suitable for resale.

Non-Quality Returns

For returns due to personal preference, an unwanted item, an incorrect order, or another non-quality reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, and related fees.

If a parcel is returned because of refusal, an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, failure to complete customs clearance, or another customer-related reason, redelivery costs, return shipping, duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees may be the customer's responsibility.

Quality Issues and After-Sales Service

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing quality issue, contact contact@luckyharveyshop.com promptly with your order number, clear photos, a video of the issue, and a brief description.

When a quality issue is confirmed, Lucky Harvey will assess the case and may offer a return and refund, a replacement of the same or equivalent item, or a repair solution. Do not disassemble the item or use an unauthorized repair provider, as this may affect after-sales eligibility.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will email you the outcome. Once approved, refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within approximately 15 business days. Posting time depends on the card issuer, payment provider, and bank.

Return Address

The return address will be provided by email after a return request is approved. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions.
